摘要
在氧化还原引发体系中,用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷对苯丙乳液进行改性,制得一种适用于外墙腻子的聚合物。研究了引发剂用量、软硬单体的质量比以及有机硅单体用量对乳液性能的影响。结果表明,引发剂的用量为0.8%~0.9%,m(St)m(BA)=1:1~1:1.5,有机硅单体质量分数为10%~12%时,所得乳液性能较佳。以有机硅改性苯丙乳液制备的腻子耐水性和耐侯性提高,有效地防止了因腻子问题而造成的面涂层起皮和脱落现象。
A kind of polymer suitable for exterior wall putty was synthesized in a redox initializing system in which the styrene-acrylic emulsion is modified with organosiliane. The influences of dosage of initiator, mass ratio between soft and hard monomer and the dosage of organosiliane on emulsion properties were studied. Results show that the emulsion has good property when the dosage of initiator is in a range of 0.8% - 0.9%, m(St) : m (BA) = 1:1 - 1:1.5 and the mass fraction of organosiliane is in a range of 10% - 12%. The water resistance and weatherability of the putty prepared by styrene-acrylic emulsion modified with organosiliane were improved. The phenomena of blistering and peeling off caused by poor putty quality were prevented effectively.
