摘要
以14C为示踪剂,用14CO2+CO2混合气体法进行半株标记,饲喂50μCi/株的NaH14CO3,标记时间为1h。燃烧法制样,在FJ2107P液体闪烁计数器上测定,14C同化物在黄柏韧皮部中的运输速率为47~54cm/h,平均速率为50.2cm/h。
The transportation velocity of ^14C-assimilates in the phloem of Phellodendron chinense Schneid. var. chinense was determined using ^14C-tracer technique. According to the method of admixture of ^14CO2 and CO2 ,each tree was fed 50 μCi of NaH^14CO3 for one hour. The samples were measured on the FJ2107P after combustion, and the results indicated that the transportation velocity of ^14 C -assimilates in the phloem of P. chinense Schneid. var. chinense was in the range of 47 - 54 cm/h,the average 50.2 cm/h.
