肿瘤干细胞与泌尿系肿瘤
摘要
多年前曾有学者提出肿瘤是干细胞疾病，认为肿瘤细胞中可能存在一类具有自我更新能力的肿瘤干细胞，正是由于此类细胞的不断分化、增殖，使得肿瘤复发，并产生转移。直到近年来肿瘤干细胞的成功提取，这种观点才引起了人们的注意。本文就肿瘤干细胞在泌尿系肿瘤研究中的进展作一综述。
