摘要
连州电厂二期2×135MW循环流化床锅炉投产两年来,在起动阶段经常出现结焦情况。为此,根据循环流化床燃烧原理,从流化风量,床料成份及其熔点,返料及油枪雾化等方面进行分析,总结出引起循环流化床锅炉起动阶段结焦的原因,并为此提出了切实可行的防范措施。事实证明,采取这些措施后,大大减少循环流化床锅炉起动阶段的结焦次数,降低了起动成本,提高了循环流化床锅炉的稳定运行。
Coking has frequently occurred during startup for two years since the two 135 MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers in Phase-Ⅱ project of Lianzhou Power Station were put into operation. As per the combustion principle of CFB boilers, an analysis is conducted from various aspects including air volume, bed composition and melting point, revert feed and pulverization of oil gun. Factors that led to the coking are summarized, and some feasible measures are brought forward, which are proved to be able to considerably reduce coking times, cut down startup cost and improve the stability of the operation of CFB boilers.
