摘要 对电厂锅炉柠檬酸酸洗废液的处理进行了模拟试验研究,采用反渗透技术和循环方式,对醋酸纤维素膜、低压复合膜、海水膜等3种反渗透膜的处理效果进行了比较和分析,得出结论:处理效果最好为海水膜,低压复合膜次之,醋酸纤维素膜较差;最适合于锅炉酸洗废液反渗透处理的膜是海水膜,处理方式是循环方式。也对经反渗透浓缩后的浓缩废液处理方法进行了试验研究,认为最佳处理方式为浓缩液经过除铁、调整pH值后,进行喷雾干燥回收柠檬酸钠盐,酸洗废液即可彻底地处理,达到无污染排放。将反渗透处理技术应用于某火电厂300MW机组锅炉炉前系统柠檬酸酸洗废液的处理,达到了预期的目的。 The treatment of waste citric acid pickling liquor of power plant boilers is studied. By use of reverse osmosis technique and cyclic mode, the effects of three reverse osmosis membranes, i. e. acetyl cellulose membrane, low-pressure composite membrane and seawater membrane, are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that low-pressure composite membrane and seawater membrane, in the order named, have better efficiency than acetyl cellulose membrane; seawater membrane and cyclic mode fit the said purpose most, The disposal of the concentrated waste liquor after reverse osmosis treatment is also researched. It is held that the best way for thoroughly treating the waste pickling liquor and realizing pollution-free discharge is to conduct spray drying and reclaim sodium citrate from the concentrated liquor following deferrization and pH adjustment. The reverse osmosis technique was applied to the treatment of boiler waste citric acid pickling liquor of a 300 MW unit in some power plant, and desired results were obtained.
