摘要
目的:建立高效毛细管电泳法测定苦参碱脂质体中苦参碱的含量。方法:毛细管(150cm×75μm),0.25mol/L磷酸缓冲液(pH6.8),高压进样5s,分离电压20kV,温度为25℃,检测波长为206nm.结果:苦参碱在0.3~6.02mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),苦参碱的平均回收率为97.3%。结论:本方法准确、简单、快捷,适用于苦参碱脂质体的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an HPCE method for the determination of matrine in Matrine Liposome. Mehtods: HPCE was used. The best condition was achieved with a fused silica capillary tube(150 cm ×75 μm), 0. 25 moL/L phosphate buffer(pH 6. 8), at constant voltage of 20 kV and temperature at 25℃. The UV detection wavelength was 206 nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 3 -6. 025 mg/ml for matrine(0. 9995). The average recovery of matrine was 97.3%. Conclusion: This methods is simple, quick, accurate and suitable for the quality control for Matrine Liposome.
