摘要 MicroRNAs（MiRNAs）是一种内源性非编码小RNA，在转录水平负调节靶基因表达。MiRNA。参与肿瘤发生和进展，MiRNAs表达谱是肿瘤诊断和预后的指标。MiRNAs可以作为肿瘤治疗新的靶点。 MicroRNAs （MiRNAs）, a kind of small non-protein-coding RNAs, can negatively regulate the target gene of expression at the transcriptional level MiRNAs participate the processes of tumorigenesis and development and its expression profiles can be used as the indicator of tumor diagnosis and prognosis. MiRNAs might act as the new targets in the cancer treatment.
