腹腔镜胃手术并发症的诊治经验 被引量：2

摘要 我院于1995年7月开始开展腹腔镜胃手术，目前已经开展了胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术、胃迷走神经干切断术、胃高选迷切术、胃空肠吻合术、胃大部分切除术、胃远端癌根治术、胃底贲门癌根治术、胃楔形切除术、胃间隔捆扎减肥术、胃旁路减肥术、胃束带减容减肥术、全胃切除术、胃底折叠术等各种腹腔镜胃手术250余例，效果良好，总共发生了4例严重手术并发症，报告如下。
