摘要
介绍了光孤子传输系统中,由于掺铒光纤放大器自发辐射噪声引起的Gorden-Haus定时抖动产生的机理。分析了利用光相位共轭法来减少G-H抖动的原理,推导了采用光相位共轭器的孤子传输系统的定时抖动简化计算公式,并通过实例计算验证了理论分析的结果,即在整个孤子传输系统总长的2/3处放置光相位共轭器后,就可以使得系统的均方定时抖动减小到原来的1/9。
We introduce the mechanism of Gorden-Haus time-jitter induced by Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier(EDFA) amplified spontaneous emission(ASE) noise in optical fiber soliton transmission system, analyze principle of using optical phase conjugation to reduce G-H jitter, and educe the simplified compute formulation of time-iitter in soliton transmission system by utilizing optical phase conjugation. Through our instance calculation, we validates the analysis result in theory that while we set OPC in the 2/3 of total length of soliton transmission system, the time-jitter can be reduced to 1/9 of the former system.
