整合素β_1和CD_(44)V_6在肝癌组织中的表达及其与肝癌浸润转移的关系

Relationship between integrin β_1 and CD_(44)V_6 expression and invasion and metastasis in human hepatocellular carcinoma

目的研究整合素β1和CD44V6在肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达及与HCC病理学特点之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法检测42例HCC、10例肝硬化和7例正常肝组织内整合素β1和CD44V6的表达情况。结果HCC组织中整合素β1和CD44V6的表达阳性率明显高于肝硬化(P<0.05,P<0.05)和正常肝组织(P<0.01,P<0.05);整合素β1的表达与包膜侵犯(u=3.06,P<0.01)、病理分级(u=3.78,P<0.01)及肿瘤转移(u=3.65,P<0.01)密切相关;CD44V6在有肿瘤转移组织中的阳性表达率显著高于无肿瘤转移的组织(χ2=5.12,P<0.05)。结论整合素β1和CD44V6在HCC中的表达上调可能与其浸润转移有关。

Objective To study the expression of integrin β1 and CD44V6 in hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） and their relation with pathological features of HCC. Methods By using immunohistochemical staining, the expression of integrin β1 and CD44 V6 in 42 cases of HCC,10 cases of hepatic cirrhosis （HC） and 7 cases of norreal fiver tissues （NL） was detected.The relationship between integrin β1 and CD44V6 expression and HCI2 pathological features was evaluated. Results The positive rate of integrin β1 and CD44V6 expression in HCC tissues was much higher than that in HC tissues （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.05 ） and NL tissues （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05）. Over - expression of integrin β1 in HCC tissues was related to invasion of tumor envdop （ u = 3.06, P 〈0.01 ）,Edmond.son grades （ u =3.78, P 〈0.01） and tumor metastasis （ u = 3.65, P 〈0.01）.The CD44V6 expression rate in HCC with metastasis was significantly higher than in HCC without metastasis （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The up - regulation of integrin β1 and CD44 V6 expression may play an important role in invasion and metastasis of HCC.
