低氧诱导因子-1与肝细胞癌 被引量:2

摘要 低氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是由两个亚基组成的异源二聚体蛋白,它特异性地与靶基因的低氧反应元件结合,并诱导各种靶基因转录,提高肿瘤细胞的缺氧适应能力,利于其生长、增殖、转移。其机制包括调节肿瘤细胞的代谢、促进肿瘤新生血管形成、抗肿瘤细胞凋亡等。针对HIF-1的治疗可能成为新的辅助抗癌手段。
