摘要 研究了苯和1-十二烯在甲烷磺酸(MSA)中的液相烷基化反应,考察了反应温度、反应时间、苯与1-十二烯的摩尔比、甲烷磺酸的含量等反应条件对烷基化反应的影响以及甲烷磺酸的重复使用性。结果表明,甲烷磺酸在苯和1-十二烯的液相烷基化反应中具有良好的催化性能,积聚在反应体系中的高沸点化合物可能引起甲烷磺酸的失活。在甲烷磺酸与1-十二烯摩尔比为1.0、苯与1-十二烯的摩尔比为8∶1、反应温度为83℃、反应时间为6 h的条件下,1-十二烯的转化率为1 0 0%,苯基十二烷的选择性为9 8.8 4%,2-苯基十二烷的选择性为26.65%。 The liquid-phase alkylation of benzene with 1-dodecene catalyzed by methanesulfonic acid(MSA)was studied. The effects of the reaction temperatures, reaction times, the molar ratios of benzene with 1-dodocene, and concentration of MSA on the alkylation and repeatability of MSA were investigated in detail. The results show that methanesulfonic acid exhibits good catalytic performance in the liquidphase alkylation of benzene with 1- dodecene. The deactivation of methanesulfonic acid is induced by strongly and irreversibly adsorbed high boiling compounds amassing in the system during successive catalytic runs. The optimal conditions are as follows: 83℃ reaction temperature, 1.0 mole ratio of MSA with 1- dodecene, 8 : 1 molar ratio of benzene with 1-dodecene , 6 h reaction time. Under the above reaction conditions, conversion of 1-dodecene is 100 %, selectivity of phenyldodecanes is 98.84%, selectivity of 2-phenyldodecane is 26.65 %.
