摘要
指出传统伏安法测量中值电阻时,由于电流表的内接法或外接法会给测量结果带来系统误差。介绍了用电压补偿伏安法测量电阻的原理,给出了内接法、外接法及补偿伏安法测量电阻的相对标准不确定度的计算公式,并对其不确定度进行比较,对测量数据进行了处理,给出待测电阻的测量结果和不确定度及误差的计算结果。
While measuring central value resistance with traditional voltammetry, either the internal connecting method or external connecting method of an ammeter brings system errors of measurement results. A new method of measuring resistance with the voltage compensation voltammetry principle was described. A formula of relative standard uncertainty was given, which measured resistance with internal connecting method, external method, and voltage compensation voltammetry. With comparing the uncertainty, the measurement data were processed. The measurement results of resistance, uncertainty and computing results of errors were provided.
