摘要 目的探讨铅摄入对儿童骨代谢的影响。方法选择2001年12月至2004年6月在深圳市盐田区人民医院住院的372例患儿进行了调查分析,并对其铅中毒现状进行统计描述。检测血清25-(OH)D3、BALP、Ⅰ型胶原纤维降解产物、PTH、尿钙(Ca)、尿羟脯氨酸(HPr)、尿肌酐(Cr)等指标,对比不同铅中毒水平的各组间上述指标的差异。结果血铅平均水平为(7.98±4.1)"g/dl,铅中毒率为38.7%,男童铅中毒率39.2%,女童铅中毒率38.1%,经统计男女性别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清25-(OH)D3以低血铅组高于高血铅组(P<0.05);血清BALP、β-crosslaps、PTH尿Ca/Cr与HPr/Cr均是以高血铅组高于低血铅组(P<0.05)。结论铅摄入过量可导致儿童骨吸收增加,应加强对儿童铅中毒的防治。 Objective To explore how lead affect the bone metabolism of children. Method 372 children who were treated in the people's hospital of Yantian district of Shenzhen during February 2001 to June 2004 were selected for the study. The status of the children's lead poisoning was statistically anlyzed. The levels of 25- (OH)D3,BALP,β-crosslaps,PTH of blood and Ca, Cr, HPr of urine were examined. Result The mean blood lead level of the children was 7.98±4.1 ug/dl. The total rate of lead poisoning was 38.7% ,and that of male and female were 39.2% and 38.1% respectively. The concentration of 25-(OH)D3 of the group with lower blood lead level was higher than that of the other group. The concentrations of BALP, β-crosslaps, PTH, Ca/Cr and HPr/Cr of the group with higher blood lead level was higher than the other group. Conclusion If the children intake excessive lead, their bone metabolism would be impaired. We should pay more attention to prevent and control lead poisoning of children.
