摘要 定义了最大可能熵(PME)的新概念,并提出最大可能熵原理.仅对孤立的平衡系统而言PME才等于系统的熵(Sm=S),一般情况下PME总是大于系统的真实熵(Sm>S).当一个非平衡开放系统的PME不管因为甚么原因增大时,它的信息和熵就能同时增加.例如,当一个系统的体积和能量增加时,其PME就增大,从而导致它的信息和熵可同时增加.最大可能熵原理建立在理论和近年提出的“熵界”上.由这个原理不但能推导出科学上已有结论,如黑洞无毛定理,还可用来解释宇宙中某些谜一样的问题,如整个宇宙的熵增大,同时地球上的生物却可以不断进化. In this paper a new concept the possible maximal entropy (PME)was defined, and the principle of PME was proposed. Particularly PME equals to entropy (Sm =S) only for isolated equilibrium systems. Generally PME of a system is always bigger than its real entropy (Sm〉S). If the PME of an opened and non -equilibrium system increased for some reason then the information and entropy of it could increase simultaneously, regardless of the reason that leads to the PME increasing. However there would be several possibilities, for example, energy or size of a system raised could result in its PME increasing. The principle is based on theories and the entropy bounds proposed recently. Based on the principle we can deduce scientific conclusions in the past, such as the no - hair law of black holes; and also explain some puzzles in the universe, for example, the universe entropy is increasing but living things in earth evolve continuously.
