摘要
金钗石斛(Dendrobium nobileLindl.)是中药石斛的名贵品种之一,其野生产量满足不了市场的需要.本文研究了金钗石斛种苗的经济的繁殖方式,可为生产大量的幼苗提供参考.种子经无菌萌发后获得原球茎,原球茎适宜的固体培养基为MS(1/2大)+20.0g/L蔗糖+8.0g/L琼脂;pH5.8-6.2.培养温度25±2℃,光照强度1000-2000lx,光照时间每天12h.从1粒成熟果实开始算起,半年后可获得几十万株苗.
Dendrobium nobile Lindl is one of the precious species of Chinese herb dendrobium stem. Its wild yield cannot meet the need of the market. So the economical propagation of the seedling is researched in this paper as for a reference of large-scale production. The protoeorms of Dendrobium nobile Lindl grow from seeds by the way of aseptic rearing. And the solid optimum medium/or culturing protoeorms is MS （1/2 major element）＋ 20.0g/L sucrose＋8.0 g/L agar with pH5. 8-6. 2, culture temperature 25±2℃, and illumination 12h/d with intensity of 1000 - 2000 1x Hundreds of thousands of seedlings will be got after half year dated from the beginning of one ripe fruitage.
