摘要
当今世界,运动竞技(sport)已经成为世界文化,体育(physical education)也是世界性的事项,要发展我国的体育和运动,就要站上全球的高度,从世界发展的全局着眼,对世界体育和运动发展的实践经验和理论认识成果,进行认真探讨、学习和借鉴。
In the modem time, sports and physical education have become parts of world culture. To develop China＇s sports and physical education, it is necessary for us to conscientiously study and learn from the practical experience and theoretical achievements in the perspective of global sports and physical education.
