噪声作业人员心理卫生研究

Study on mental health of noise exposed workers

采用华西医大劳动卫生教研室研制的系统化职业心理测验（ＯＰＴ）软件，对四川第一棉纺厂织布车间噪声（１０１．２ｄＢ）作业女工９８人心理卫生状况进行考察。以ＯＰＴ常模女性工人组为对照（年龄、工龄、文化程度等与观察组同），按标准化ＯＰＴ方法实施测验和统计分析。结果提示噪声作业女工心理卫生状况不佳，对立、抑郁、躯体不适、敏感、幻想倾向增高。

The OPT(Occupational Psychological Test)crea ted by occupational department of West China University of Medical Sciences was used to measure the mental health of female workers under the noisy[101 2dB(A)]working condition in Sichuan First Textile Factory The norm of the female workers group was used as a control group(similar in age,working year,education),according to the standard method of the OPT to realize the test and statistical analysis The resultes indicated:the mental health of female workers under the noisy working condition was shown to be poor The depressive,sensitive,somatic disorder,illusive and hostile all appeared to be higher than that of the norm
