摘要
本文以日本文部省在2005年7月发布的学校体育指导要领的中间报告书(未公开)《健壮的身体育成的应有方法》为主要材料,对日本即将发布的新一轮体育学习指导要领形成的背景、理论依据及具体内容等进行了考察,推测出日本学习指导要领可能的内容及方向性,并结合日本体育科教学的实践,提出了这次学校体育指导要领的修订是更注重生活能力的修订,是进一步促进“快乐体育”教育的修订的结论。为我国《体育与健康课程标准》的修订提供参考依据。
This thesis is based on a median report (not published) on school physical education guiding essentials issued by Japan in July, 2005, The Necessary Methods of Health Training, using logical reasoning and inductive methods to investigate the background, theoretical basis and concrete content of the new school physical education guiding essentials, and to infer the possible content and direction of it. Therefore, combining the teaching practice of PIE class, the thesis points out that this revision is focused on the revision of living ability, promotes the conclusion of "happy physical education", and provides references for the revision of Physical Education and Health Class Criteria in China.
