摘要 [指标性]血管生成过程包括生理性血管生成和病理性血管生成。近年来,科学家们致力于血管生成调节因子的分离和鉴定,目前已经分离纯化了至少20多种血管生成促进因子和10多种血管生成抑制因子,这些因子能够控制血管生成发生、发展以及终止过程,并作为抗血管生成治疗的分子靶点受到进一步的关注。目前发现与血管生成促进剂(因子)有关的细胞活性因子很多,不下十余种。本文综述了比较重要的几种细胞活性因子;包括血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、组织因子(TF)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)、成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)等在肿瘤血管生成方面的临床意义。 The course of vascularization consists of physiologic vascularization and pathologic vascularization. In recent years , scientists are striving for separation and identification of factors related to vascularization. There are at least more than 20 activators of vascularization and 10 inhibitors of vascularization which have been purificated by now. These factors can regulate the occurrence,development and termination of the vascularization. As a therapy target of anti - vascularization, more and more attentions have been paid to these factors. In this review, we focus on several important cytokines including VEGF ,TF ,TNF , MMP and FGF in vascularization and their clinical significance.
