血液透析对终末期肾衰患者血清中血红素氧化酶-1及炎症因子的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨终末期肾衰患者血液透析前后血红素氧化酶-1(HO-1)与C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)等指标的变化及相互之间的关系。方法自动生化分析仪测定血红蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐浓度;采用ELISA方法定量测定血清HO-1、IL-6,化学发光法测定CRP,硫代硫巴比妥酸比色法测定MDA。结果终末期肾衰患者透析前HO-1、CRP、IL-6、MDA水平明显升高,与对照组相比差别显著;血液透析治疗前后上述指标均有明显改变,血清HO-1、CRP水平较透前升高,IL-6、MDA水平明显下降。结论终末期肾衰患者体内炎症加重,抗氧化防御酶水平随之提高;血液透析能够提高终末期肾衰患者血清中HO-1、CRP水平,同时血液透析能够清除一定的IL-6和MDA。 Objective To evaluate the changes in heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1), C-reactive protein (CRP), intedeukin-6 (IL-6), and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in patients with end-stage renal failure (ESRF) following hemodialysis. Methods The urea nitrogen and the blood creatinine levels were determined with an automatic biochemistry analyzer, HO-1 and IL-6 levels by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), CRP by chemoluminescence technique, and MDA by thiobarbituric acid assay. Results HO-1, CRP, IL-6, and MDA levels were significantly elevated in patients with ESRF in comparison with the control group. After hemodialysis, HO-1 and CRP levels increased and IL-6 and MDA levels decreased significantly. Conclusion In ESRF patients who have elevated inflammatory factors and HO-1 levels, hemodialysis can increase HO-1 and CRP levels and lower IL-6 and MDA levels.
