摘要 分析了碱金属在钒钛磁铁矿高炉冶炼中的循环富集行为、对炉料性能以及高炉冶炼的影响,指出了高炉内碱金属的潜在危害及防止措施。认为:攀钢高炉碱负荷较高,但炉渣排碱能力较强,目前碱害尚未凸现。碱金属对焦炭的破坏作用突出,且近年来劣化趋势明显,应加以重视。通过合理配煤或尝试对焦炭钝化处理,可以在一定程度上改善其热性能,增强焦炭的抗碱侵蚀能力。 The enrichment by circulating of alkali metal in BF (blast furnace) smelting with vanadic titanomagnetite is analyzed. The effect of alkali metal on burden properties and BF smelting is researched, the potential hazard of alkali metal is discussed and the control measures are put forward. It is concluded that the alkaline loads of BF in PZH Steel is high, while the slag bearing TiO2 has high capacity of alkalis discharge, so the alkaline hazard is not come up yet. The coke quality is worsening in recent years since the attack of alkalis, it should be pay attention. Through reasonable proportioning of mixed coal and passivating treatment of coke, the CRI, CSR and the alkaline corrosion resistance of coke could be improved.
