摘要
目的探索借助功能性记录(functionally-generated pathway,FGP)技术进行口腔固定修复体计算机辅助设计(Computer aided Design,CAD)生理性建的方法。方法以左下第一磨牙全冠修复为例,使用逆向工程软件以标准牙数据库中同名牙面为模板构建全冠面,在使用牙尖交错位(intercuspal position,ICP)记录建立ICP位稳定的静态咬合接触的基础上,参考FGP记录编辑面,解除动态咬合运动中的干扰,进行修复体面的生理性构建。结果CAD构建后的面,形态美观,牙齿尖窝沟嵴形态清晰,ICP咬合稳定,功能性运动无干扰点。结论FGP与ICP记录相结合用于牙体缺损及无咬合丧失的小范围牙列缺损的CAD建方法可行。
Objective To explore occlusion reconstruction by computer aided design (CAD) with functionally- generated pathway (FGP). Methods The occlusal surface of mandibular first molar crown was reconstructed using the template of normal teeth database width reverse engineering software. Registration of FGP and intercuspal position (ICP) bite was recorded. Results The reconstructed occlusal surface was smooth, with clear anatomic character of cusp, fossa and ridge. The ICP bite was stable without any interference areas in the function bite course. Conclusion Occlusion in prosthesis of tooth defect or dentition defect could be reconstructed by CAD based on FGP and ICP bite registration.
