结膜瓣转移与羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效对比分析

Conjunctival flap diversion versus amniotic membrane grafting for the treatment of palindromic pterygium

目的通过结膜瓣转移与羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的术后随访观察,比较两种方法的优越性。方法复发性翼状胬肉患者45例(48只眼),分为结膜瓣转移组24例(26只眼)和羊膜移植组21例(22只眼),在显微镜下分别行翼状胬肉切除联合结膜瓣转移与羊膜移植,术后随访1年,观察复发率及并发症。结果结膜瓣转移组有3只眼复发(11.54%),羊膜转移组有2只眼复发(9.09%),两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均无睑球粘连等并发症发生。结论应用结膜瓣转移与羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉疗效相当。

Objective To evaluate the superiority of conjunctival flap diversion compared with amniotic membrane grafting on palindromic pterygium treatment. Methods Forty-eight eyes of forty-five patients with palindromic pterygium were divided into two groups. They were treated by conjunctival flap diversion （ twenty-six eyes of twenty-four patients） and amniotic membrane grafting （ twenty-two eyes of twenty-one patients） under microscope respectively. Recurrent rate and complication were observed during the one-year follow-up visit. Result Three eyes （ 11.54% ） and two eyes （9. 09% ） showed recurrence after conjunctival flap diversion and amniotic membrane grafting respectively. There was no statistically significance between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Both groups showed no complications such as symblepharon or diplopia etc. Conclusions Conjunctival flap diversion is equivalent to amniotic membrane grafting on palindromic pterygium treatment.
