视网膜干细胞增殖分化的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 视网膜干细胞是近年来视觉科学研究的热点之一,它为有效治疗视网膜色素变性等眼底疾病提供了可能性。十多年来视网膜干细胞的研究主要集中在细胞的分离和定向培养上,其中增殖分化的研究还在刚起步的阶段,尚没有形成较成熟的方法。现就有关视网膜干细胞增殖分化方面的影响因素和机制研究作一综述。
