摘要
目的:采用多元回归方法建立山东地区成人个体化头影测量颅颌关系浮动正常值,并探讨其临床应用方法。方法:搜集山东地区未接受正畸治疗的正常成人90例,其中男41例,女49例,18岁以上。选择在判断矢状方向和垂直方向颅颌关系中最常用的5项X线头影测量指标(SNA,SN-PP,NSBa,SN-MP,SNB),并对各测量指标进行多元回归统计分析,建立其个体化头影测量颅颌关系浮动正常值。结果:①5项测量指标之间均存在显著的相关性,其中SNB与其余4项指标的相关强度最大(P<0.01);②以SNB为自变量,分别建立与其余4项测量指标的直线回归方程;③分别以任意4项测量指标为自变量,剩余的1项测量指标为因变量进行多元回归统计分析,计算得出5项测量指标各自的预计标准误(SE);④在此基础上,最终建立起山东地区成人的个体化头影测量颅颌关系浮动正常值。结论:本研究为成人正畸患者提供了一套个体化的头影测量诊断方法,为拟进行正颌外科治疗的成人患者制定正确的手术方案提供了重要依据。
Objective: To provide cephalometric floating norms as a means to evaluate individual craniofacial patterns in Shandong adults. Methods: A total of 90 adults with normal occlusion were collected in the Shandong area, including 41 males and 49 females(aged above 18 years). Cephalometric measurements of SNA, SN-PP, NSBa, SN-MP and SNB were selected and analyzed by multiple regression. Results: (1) Correlations among the five measuments were significant, and the strength of the correlation between SNB and the others was the highest; (2) Bivariate linear regression equations were established with SNB as the independent variable; (3) Standard errors of the estimate (SE) for each measurement was calculated by a multiple regression analysis; (4) Finally, cephalometric floating norms as a means to evaluate the craniofacial patterns in Shandong adults were achieved. Conclusion: Cephalometric floating norms provide a useful method for X-ray analysis for adult patients, especially for patients who may undergo orthognathic surgery as part of their overall treatment regimen.
