鼻内镜手术治疗鼻源性视功能损害

Nasal endoscopic surgery for rhinogenic visual function deterioration

目的观察鼻内镜手术治疗鼻源性视功能损害的疗效。方法对因鼻源性疾病而致视功能损害的42例患者行鼻内镜外科手术,观察患者视功能的恢复情况及其与鼻窦病变康复过程的相关性。结果42例患者中,治愈24例(57.14%),好转13例(30.95%),无效5例(11.90%),总有效率88.10%;多数患者视力下降、复视及头痛等症状均消失或明显改善。结论对因鼻窦病变所致的视功能损害者,及时行鼻内镜外科手术治疗,随着鼻窦病变的好转,多数患者的视功能损害都可以得到不同程度的改善。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of nasal endoscopic surgery on rhinogenic visual function deterioration. Methods Forty-two patients with rhinogenic visual function detetrioration were included in this study. They were all operated on by nasal endoscopic surgery for their nasosinopathy. Then, their recovery process of visual function was closely observed and a correlative analysis was carried out to explore the relationship between visual function recovery and nasosinopathy healing. Results Among the 42 cases studied here, 24 were cured （57.14 % ）, 13 were improved （30.95 % ）. and 5 were ineffective （ 11.90 % ）, with a total effective rate of 88.10 %. Such symptoms as visual lossing, ambiopia and headache, were either disappeared or significantly improved among most cases. Conclusions For the cases with visual function deterioration caused by sinuous diseases, most will have their lesion improved at various degrees following the therapy of nasal endoscopic surgery carried out timely.
