摘要
目的总结应用解剖型支撑钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法对42例胫骨平台骨折,采用切开复位解剖型支撑钢板内固定结合CPM早期关节功能锻炼。结果36例获1-5年随访。根据膝关节功能、活动范围、膝关节轴线、关节稳定及骨折复位综合评定标准,优18例,良14例,可3例,差1例,优良率88.8%。结论解剖型支撑钢板具有对抗剪力、压力、旋转力,能起到支撑托顶作用,早期CPM功能锻炼是预防膝关节粘连、僵硬的可行方法。
Objective To study the effect of anatomic plate in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture. Methods Open reduction and internal fixation with anatomic plate were performed for tibial plateau fracture in 42 cases, and the CPM was permitted after surgery. Results 36 patients were followed up for 1-5 years. The function of the knee joint was evaluated according tO the axis of the joint, the stability of the joint and the active range of the joint. The results were excellent in 18 cases, good in 14,fair in 3 and poor in 1. The excellent and good rate was 88. 8%. Condusions The anatomic plate can resist shear,compressive and torsional stress and has buttress effect. CPM is helpful to prevent joint adhension in early exercises.
