大用户电能计量装置改造初探

The electric energy metering device improvement for large power consumer

随着电力体制改革的深化和发展,从公开、公平、公正的原则出发,加强客户需求侧管理,特别是对大用户的电能计量装置的改造工作显得更重要,在对大用户计量普查中发现存在一些与国家电能计量技术管理规范不符的情况,急需进行改造。本文结合《电能计量装置技术管理规程》的要求,对大用户计量装置的改造从三个方面提出一些建议,为避免电量的损失以及降低线损率创造条件,通过技术改造提升其计量准确性和安全可靠性。

Combining the demands of ＂eletric regulations＂, puts forward some suggestions from energy metering device technical management three aspects for the improvements of large power consumers metering installation, in order to create condition for avoiding the electric quantity running off and improve the line loss rates, promotes metering accuracy and safe reliability by technological improvements, improves the whole metering function of the metering device.
