食管癌术后2种胃管固定方法的应用与比较

Application and comparison of two methods for fixing gastric tube after the operation of esophageal carcinoma

目的比较2种胃管固定方法用于食管癌术后胃管固定的效果。方法将390例食管癌术后留置胃管的患者按胃管不同的固定方法分为2组：实验组195例，对照组195例，观察2组患者胃管脱落发生情况。结果实验组与对照组胃管脱落发生率分别为10．26％，17．44％，2组间存在的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；实验组和对照组2组患者吻合口漏发生率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），实验组患者吻合口漏发生率低。结论采用胶布加系带双重固定胃管的方法可以减少胃管脱落发生率，提高护理质量，有利于减少吻合口漏的发生率。

Objective To compare the effects of two different methods of gastric tube fixation which are used for the gastric tube fixation after the operation of esophageal carcinoma. Methods Three hundred and ninety patients with esophageal carcinoma who underwent dwelling gastric tube after the surgery were divided into two groups, the experiment group （n = 195） and the control group （n = 195）. Each group received different ways of fixation to investigate the rate of gastric tube shedding out of stomach. Results There was a remarkable difference （P 〈 0.05） in the rate of gastric tube shedding out of the stomach between the experiment group （10.26 % ） and the control group （17.44% ）. And also there was a significant difference （P 〈0.05） between the two groups in the rate of anastomotic leakage. Comparing with that of the control group, the rate of anastomotic leakage in the experiment group was lower. Conclusions Fixation of gastric tube by tapes together with frenulum can reduce the rate of gastric tube shedding out of the stomach, improve the nursing quality and also successfully reduce the rate of anastomotic leakage.
