摘要
20世纪90年代兴起的社会资本理论,为国家与社会关系的研究提供了一个新的视角。国家和社会之间一定的社会资本,包括信任、互惠规范和参与网络等,能够很好沟通、平衡和发展国家与社会之间的关系,促进国家与社会、政府与市场、国家与个体之间的协作。因而有必要培育国家与社会之间协作性的社会资本,为国家与社会良性互动提供一个良好的平台。
The rise of social capital theory in the 1990s provides a new research perspective for the research of the relation between the state and the society. The social capital between the state and the society, which includes trust,reciprocated norms and participation network, can balance and develop the relation between the state and the society. Meanwhile, social capital can promote the cooperation between the state and the society, the government and the market,the state and the individual. Therefore,we need to foster social capital so as to provide a good platform for the positive interactions between the state and the society.
