三维CT成像在颅底病变手术入路设计中的应用

DESIGNING SURGICAL APPROACH OF CRANIAL BASE LESIONS WITH THREE-DIMENTIONAL COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY RECONSTRUCTION

三维ＣＴ重建成像技术自８０年代初应用于临床以来，在颅颌面外科，脊柱外科和骨科应用十分广泛。本文报告了我们在１９９４年１０月～１９９６年５月间收治的１２例颅底病例。术前均作三维ＣＴ检查，通过三维颅底图像分析决定手术入路，取得了较好效果。本文就三维ＣＴ的特点、局限性及其在颅底外科的应用进行了探讨。

Since early 1980s, three dimentional computed tomography reconstruction technique has been widely used in cranio facial surgery, spine surgery and orthopetics. In cranial base surgery no similar study has been found. 12 cases of cranial base lesioins (from October 1994 to May 1996) were reported. Each case underwent 3DCT scaning of cranial base. The cranial base 3D images were analized for the designing of surgical approaches. Good results were obtained in all cases. Discusion is given on the features, locolizations and utilization of 3D CT in cranial base surgery in this paper.
