苏州市外资企业职工体育消费行为的现状研究

运用文献资料、问卷调查及数理统计等方法,对苏州市外资企业职工体育消费行为进行现状调查,结果显示:苏州外资企业职工的体育消费水平与职工的年龄、职业和文化程度相关。即年龄越低、学历越高职工的体育消费水平越高,相反则越低;同样,管理和技术人员体育消费水平明显高于生产工人。在消费内容方面,苏州外资企业职工主要以物质消费为主,用于享受消费的水平明显低于经济发达的上海、北京和广州市民的消费水平。

Through reading correlation method and so on literature material, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistic, carries on the present situation investigation to the Suzhou foreign capital enterprise staff sports expense behavior, finally demonstrated： The Suzhou foreign capital enterprise staff＇s sports consumption level and staff＇s age, the occupation and the years of schooling are related. Namely age lower, school record higher staff＇s sports consumption level higher, on the contrary then is lower; Similarly, the management and the technical personnel sports consumption level obviously is higher than produces the worker. In the expense content aspect, the Suzhou foreign capital enterprise staff mainly by the material expense primarily, uses in to enjoy the expense the level obviously to be lower than economical developed Shanghai, Beijing and the Guangzhou resident＇s consumption level.
