摘要
人才测评在人力资源开发和管理中发挥着不可或缺的作用。我国人才测评业近年来虽有较大发展,但仍存在很多问题,一定程度上影响了测评功能的发挥,需从理论研究、测评技术、测评队伍、规范管理等方面加以提高。本文在分析我国人才测评现状的基础上,提出了我国人才测评发展对策。
Personnel assessment plays an important role in human resources management. Although it has made great progress in recent years in China, there are many problems affect the function of personnel assessment to some extent. It needs improving with regard to theoretical study, assessment technique, assessment service and standardizing management. Based on the anlysis of the status quo of personnel assessment in China, the countermeasures for developing personnel assessment have been put forward.
