Creativeness of Editing Work of University Journals

学报的编辑工作是一项创造性劳动,其创造性体现在编辑的选题策划、拓宽稿源、修改加工以及不断提高学报质量等方面,渗透在学报这一精神文化产品的设计、生产、传播、积累的过程中。编辑的创造性劳动要求编辑具有创造性思维和能力,充分发挥主观能动性。编辑的创造性思维为人类社会文明的进步做出了很大贡献。

The editing of university journal is a creative work and the creativeness is showed when paper selecting and planning, contributor enlarging, contribution modifying and improving the journal quality gradually, etc, which is penetrated deeply in the process of designing, producing, diffusing, accumulating of university journals. The creative requires the editor to have the ability of creative thinking and give out the subjective initiative sufficiently which has played a key role in the social civilization of mankind.
