This essay tries to reconstruct a new subjectivity by a reflective way. Specifically, it discusses the logical basis and points out that to reconstruct a reasonable subjectivity we must advisably deal with three relationships： between freedom and responsibility, between need for living and nature＇s charge, and between knowledge and practice.
