社会阶层利益的冲突会使社会有机体的功能减弱,在摩擦中形成一种高成本,低效率的社会发展状态。当前我国社会阶层利益矛盾的化解机制相对弱化,如何对我国社会各阶层利益群体进行整合,优化社会的有机结构,使社会产生高度的凝聚力和向心力。成为我国构建和谐社会亟待解决的课题之一。
