论管理类课程案例教学前的准备工作

Study on Preparation Work Before Case Teaching of Management Series Course

管理类课程案例教学过程中容易被忽视,而又十分重要的一点就是案例教学实施之前的准备工作。实际上,良好的准备工作是保证管理类课程成功实施案例教学的关键因素。笔者认为,预先做好诸如选择好案例、事先编制好“案例讨论路线图”、配备好必要的教学场地与设施等物质条件以及教师和学生都做好案例的熟悉等工作是十分必要的。

Preparation work before the case teaching of management series course is ignored frequently. However, the work is very important. Preparation work is the key of case teaching of management course actually. The paper puts forward four preparations. Firstly, some select cases is precondition of case teaching of management course. Secondly, Description of the path of case discussion is crucial. Thirdly, some class room and equipment is necessary. Finally, comprehension case is indispensable to teacher and students.
