线损率是供电企业的一项重要综合性技术经济指标,它集中反映了供电企业的能耗管理水平。针对城农网改造后节能降损的成果和进一步降损存在的问题,提出通过强化需求侧管理,采取有效的激励措施实现进一步节能降损的手段和方法。
Line loss rate is an important synthetic indicator that reflects the energy consumption management level of power supply enterprises.
