天然孔雀草脂溶性色素纯化的研究

The Study on the Pureness Method of the Fat-soluble Pigment of Tagetes Patula L

文章就孔雀草脂溶性色素的分离纯化方法进行了深入研究,通过比较不同结晶方法的结晶效果,最终成功地发现了纯化方法,应用此方法可得到孔雀草脂溶性色素的红色针状结晶体,同时还提出了此方法可能的理论依据。

The paper studied the separation and pureness method of crystallization on the fat--soluble pigment from Tagetes patula L. and compared results of some different methods of crystallization. Finally, the method of pureness was found to obtain red needle of the fat--soluble pigment from Tagetes patula L. Meanwhile, a theory basis for this method was advanced.
