生物DNA技术的应用和亟待解决的问题

On the Application of the Biological DNA Technology in Forensic Science and the Question Need to be Urgently Solved

DNA检验技术在司法鉴定中已经取得了成功的应用,但人们对生命科学的认识,还仅仅是刚刚起步的,在法庭科学研究和实践中还会面临新的课题等待解决。随着器官移植手术的全面开展,这类群体是否也会携带两组DNA、他们子女的DNA是否会形成多倍体、是否能做亲子鉴定、孪生兄弟和孪生姐妹结婚、他们的子女如何确认等一系列新的法庭鉴定问题等待着人们去解决。

DNA technology has been got the successful application in judicial identification, but this is only starting for recognition of life science to us. The new problem that we are faced with is waited to solve in forensic study and practice. Especially in developing about the operation of transplanted organs, whether they have two kinds of DNA; whether son and daughter of them take DNA of polyploidy and do identification of relationship about father and son （ or daughter）, if twin brother marry with twin sister, how sonor daughter of them is distinguished, etc. These problems on forensic identification are needed to be solved.
