柔性管理奉行“以人为本”的管理理念,尊重学生的个性独立与个人尊严,激发每个学生的潜力、主动性和创造精神,帮助人实现自我提高和自我管理。运用柔性管理,有利于建立和谐班级。它能够改变以往紧张的师生关系,改变教师旧的教育理念,培养学生的自觉学习习惯。
Flexible management emphasizes respecting students personality independence and dignity,motivating every student's potentiality, initiative and creativity. In class management,it can make students self-improvement and self-management and it also can make students formulate inferred motivation, improve their academic performance.
