摘要
本文就高等职业院校学生工作组织机构、管理制度、工作队伍和运行机制,结合武汉船舶职业技术学院工作实践,对学生工作教育管理体系的构建进行探索,以期有助于高等职业院校学生工作内涵与外延的充实与发展。
This thesis explores the construction of managerial system of student work from the aspects of student--related work organization, managerial system, stuff team and operation system in higher vocational colleges. It aims to expand and develop the connotation and extension of student-related work based on the practical work experience in Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology.
