摘要
近年来因索债引起的非法拘禁案呈上升态势,应引起社会的高度重视。本文分析了此类案件的表现和产生的原因,并从完善立法、重塑信用观念、运用合法手段维权等方面提出了应对之策。
The crime of illegal detainment due to debt-claim is increasing recently, which should draw public attention seriously. The paper analyzed the characters and reasons of such crimes and presented solutions to the problem from the point views of legal improvement, credit value resetting and protecting right in a lawful way.
