我国期刊评价的理论、实践与发展趋势

Theories, Practice and Developing Trend of Chinese Journal Evaluation

文章论述了核心期刊的测定理论依据、意义、核心期刊的特征、评价的数据来源工具、期刊文献引文索引评价法、期刊评价指标的确定、核心期刊数量界定方法等相关的期刊评价理论和方法。对于期刊评价实践，详细介绍了北京大学图书馆研制的《中文核心期刊要目总览》、中国社会科学院文献信息中心研制的《中国人文社会科学核心期刊要览》和南京大学中国社会科学研究评价中心研制的《中文社会科学引文索引》的评价指标体系、学科分类体系、综合评价数学模式、专家评审制度、我国期刊奖励的评审工作以及核心期刊评价实践中存在的主要问题。新形势下期刊评价的发展趋势将是印刷版和电子版评价相结合、定量与定性评价相结合、选用多指标相结合的综合指数评价法。

Theories of evaluation reference, significance, characteristics, data source of core journals and methods of reference citation evaluation, evaluation indexes, identification of the amount of core journals were compounded in this article. In terms of periodical practice, A Guide to the Core Journals of China achieved by the Library of Peking University, A Guide to the Humanities ＆ Social Science Core Journals in China achieved by the Center for Documentation and Information and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Chinese Social Science Citation Index achieved by Chinese Social Science fiesearch Evaluation Center of Nanjing University were introduced in details. Among them the evaluation index system, subject classification system, comprehensive evaluation mathematics model, expert evaluation system, Chinese periodical rewarding and problems existing in Chinese core journal evaluation were mainly analyzed. The developing trend of journal evaluation is expected to be the combination of printed version and e- version evaluation, quantitative and qualitative evaluation and the choice of comprehensive index evaluation.
