文章介绍了《中国学术期刊综合引证报告》（简称CAJCCR）的编制出版简况，重点对5年来CAJCCR逐步采用的三个全新的计量指标——5年影响因子、Web即年下载率和h指数的产生背景，定义及其应用价值进行了分析和探讨。

The compiling and publishing of ＂Chinese Academic Journals Comprehensive Citation Report ＂ （CAJCCR） is introduced. Three new bibliometric indicators-- five-year Impact Factor, Web immediacy download ratio and h index which were adopted by CAJCCR step by step, their background, definition and value of application are analysed and discussed.
