摘要
分析了弹簧片原有工艺方案及模具的不足之处,介绍了一种弹簧片由分步冲切弧形槽改为整体冲切的方案及模具设计,模具操作方便,安全可靠,生产的产品符合图纸要求。
The disadvantages of original technological scheme and die design ior a leaf spring were analyzed. A new scheme for the integral blanking of arc chute instead of multi-step blanking was presented. A simple-operating and reliable die was developed.
