摘要
根据铰链座锻件形状特点,详细分析了锻件采用可分凹模闭式精密模锻工艺方案的可行性,采用塑性成形模拟软件Deform_3D对铰链座的成形过程进行了模拟分析,在此基础上设计了1副适用于中小批量的水平可分凹模闭式精密模锻模具。模具不仅能保证工艺稳定,而且大大提高材料利用率和生产效率。
The feasibility of a technological plan for Precision forging a hinge mount was analyzed in detail. Simulation software Deform-3D for plastic molding was used to analyze the forming Process of the hinge mount. Based on the analysis, a precision closed forging die with horizontal separable concave die, which was installed on ordinary mechanical Press and for medium and small lot of Production, was developed. The die can ensure the stability of Process; increase the utilization ratio of materials and production efficiency.
