Technology Innovation——the Undying Boosting Source for Enterprise Sustainable Development

介绍了自贡硬质合金有限责任公司近年来,特别是“十五”期间的科技创新成果与经验,以及其重大硬质合金生产设备的研制、科研与新产品开发、工艺技术研究与应用、技术改造、专利技术、科技体制、科技合作等情况,同时还对比分析了我国硬质合金企业与国外优强硬质合金企业(如瑞典的Sandvik集团)生产经营与专利技术状况,并对企业今后的科技创新提出了一些建设与思路。

This paper elaborates the innovation achievements and experiences of Zigong Cemented Carbide Corp., Ltd in recent years, especially in ＂the Tenth Five Year＂ period, including outfit research and manufacturing, new product development, high-tech research and application,patent management, technology system management and international technical cooperation,etc.In addition,comparative analysis of production management and patent status between the major cemented carbide enterprises in China and foreign advanced cemented carbide enterprises （like Sandvik Group of Sweden） are put forward. Accordingly, some good technology innovation ideas and concepts for enterprise development are also brought out.
