Preparation of Tungsten Powder from Tungsten Ore

针对现行钨冶金工艺中存在的问题,在已有技术的基础上,开发了一种由钨矿物原料制取钨粉的新工艺,该工艺删去了现行工艺中的离子交换(或镁盐净化-萃取)过程,具有流程短,环境友好,全流程基本上封闭的特点。

This paper introduces a newly-developed tungsten preparation technology from tungsten ore, aiming at the problems in the current tungsten metallurgy technique. Ion exchange process, or magnesium salt purificationsolvent extraction process, is deleted in the new technique, which enjoys the advantages of relatively short and enclosed technological process, amity to environment.
